Cancellation Policy

At Trendio, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand how it works.

Cancellation Before Shipment:
  • If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t been processed or shipped yet.
  • To cancel your order, please email us at support@trendio.world with your order details or contact our customer support team.

Cancellation After Shipment:
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange under our Return & Exchange Policy.

Refund Process:
  • If your cancellation request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.

Exceptions:
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once the production process has started.
  • Orders placed during sales or with discount codes cannot be canceled.

Important Note:
  • Trendio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to the availability of the product, errors in product or pricing information, or fraudulent transactions.
